I used to be real fat. The only way you will lose weight is this: DETERMINATION.
I didn't ever have a chance to exercise. Need to study, work, study, and work again. Also, fat-ness runs in my family. Oh wait, no one runs in my family..
My weight loss wasn't really healthy, but I came through. I just stopped eating too much, but I over did it and almost became aneroxic. By the end of the weight loss I only ate one small spoon of rice per day.
Soon after my eating became normal, I started gaining weight again after a one-year rest from spinal surgery.
This time, the weight loss was even more successful:
Ten tips on how to lose weight fast
- Chew food thoroughly and slowly. Your saliva will then go through the food more thoroughly, making the food easier and quicker to digest.
- Avoid eating fatty and oily stuff - like fried meat.
- Stay away from sweet foods and drinks. Especially Cola.
- Exercise more often, or go to the sauna. Sweating helps a lot.
- Eating less helps a lot too, and it's friendlier to the wallet!
- When you are hungry, try to suppress as long as possible. Then when food comes, eat very slowly and take your time. Eat until your hunger goes away, then stop. Don't eat until you're really full.
- If you love drinking milk, keep an eye on your milk intake. Taking one glass a day is good, but too much will cause fats.
- Have a cheating day. One day per week you get to eat whatever you want and however much you want.
- If you're a girl and you get thinner after "the week of the month", and only feel fat before it, you're not fat. You're just bloated, it's normal :)
- Water is very important for diets -
Everyday, when you wake up, make it a habit to drink at least one glass of water. For lunch and dinner: Before a meal, drink a glass of water. During the meal, drink another one. When the meal is finished, drink a glass of water.
Take juice in the morning - for breakfast.
Try not to eat anything but these three meals and two tea times per day.
But without determination, all these tips are not useful. The cheating day is optional though.
